VFW Post 9599 auxiliary is serving a hot beef sundae meal with corn or beans along with drinks and desserts Thursday, Oct. 17, from 5 to 8 pm at the VFW hall on the east side of the courthouse square. Free will donations will be accepted.
Raffle tickets for Hy-Vee gift cards will also be available for sale at $5 per ticket. The card amounts include $100, $50, and $25. Only 100 tickets will be sold with the drawing on site at 8 pm. The winners need not be present at the drawing.
